Building confidence & discipline
All year long, Club members can participate in various sports, including basketball, volleyball, flag football, and more. Through sports, Club members learn that exercise can be a fun and fulfilling part of a healthy lifestyle. Many of our top athletes go on to receive acceptance and scholarships to both high schools and colleges because of the athletic skills that they developed at BGCMQ.
Triple play
Triple Play is a dynamic health and wellness program that uses fun and engaging activities to help Club members learn the importance of physical health and proper nutrition. This data-proven program focuses on three core components to enable young people to achieve success: Healthy Habits (Mind), Daily Challenges (Body), and Social Recreation (Soul).
